Texas police get $3K for DUI enforcement

HUNTSVILLE, Texas — Today the Huntsville Police department received a $3,000 grant from TxDOT for their efforts to get drunk drivers off the roads.

As part of the impaired driver mobilization incentive, the Huntsville police arrested 18 people for DWI over a two week period. They were one of thirty departments across the state to receive the grant.
