Wash. PD gets ASPCA grant

PULLMAN, Wash. — On Monday the state of Washington will offer an animal control officer academy for the first time, and the Pullman Police Department will participate.

Pullman PD received a $2,000 grant from the American Society for the Prevention and Cruelty to Animals.

Now, they can afford to send their animal control officer.
