NM police get new armored SWAT vehicle

ALBUQUERQUE — The Los Lunas police department got the Mamba SWAT Vehicle, valued at nearly $400,000, for free.

The Mamba first came to New Mexico state police through a federal program that transfers excess department of defense equipment to state and local agencies.
